Caring for Vulnerable Populations

From emotionally disturbed individuals to sexual assault victims, both public safety officials and hospitals must exercise heightened awareness and understand the unique challenges when providing assistance to vulnerable populations.

Intended Audience:

Public-safety officials, law enforcement, District Attorney’s Office, victim advocacy groups, behavioral-health representatives, sexual assault/domestic violence representatives, clinical and non-clinical healthcare representatives.
