Good Samaritan Hospital and Sterling National Bank Golf and Tennis Classic Raises Funds to Support Local Access to Advanced Healthcare

Event is one of three golf and tennis events held throughout the health system

SUFFERN, N.Y. (October 2, 2018) – A total of $228,000 was raised at three golf and tennis events held for Bon Secours Charity Health System, a member of the Westchester Medical Center Health Network (WMCHealth).

Enthusiasts came together to "play for a purpose" at the 29th Annual Good Samaritan Hospital and Sterling National Bank Golf and Tennis Classic. Through the classic, which was held at the Tuxedo Club in Tuxedo Park, N.Y. on September 17, $140,000 was raised. Proceeds from the event will support the expansion and enhancement of facilities, equipment, technology and services at Good Samaritan Hospital, a member of the Westchester Medical Center Health Network (WMCHealth).

St. Anthony Community Hospital's Annual Golf & Tennis Classic was held on September 12. Through the classic, $45,000 was raised to benefit ongoing advances in healthcare on the Warwick Health Campus, which includes St. Anthony Community Hospital, Mount Alverno Center and Schervier Pavilion, members of the Westchester Medical Center Health Network (WMCHealth).

Bon Secours Community Hospital's annual golf outing, held at High Point Golf Club in Montague, N.J. on August 27, raised $43,000 to support ongoing investments at the hospital.
