Dr. Kazanjian received his medical degree from the Yerevan State Medical Institute, Armenia, in the former Soviet Union. This was followed by additional extensive training in the United States, including transesophageal echocardiography training at Columbia Presbyterian Hospital in New York; a preceptorship in stress echocardiography at the University of Indiana, a cardiology fellowship and training in nuclear cardiology at Seton Hall School of Graduate Medicine at St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center in Paterson, New Jersey and an internship and residency in the Department of Internal Medicine at St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center.
